Vail Village Hotel, SPA Purchased

Vail Dover Associates LCC of Phoenix
has purchased the Swiss Hotel & Spa in Vail Village
and will redevelop the site with Daedalus Real Estate
Advisors, also of Phoenix. The redevelopment, announced
last year, will include construction of 13 fractional-ownership
units, 10 full-ownership units, private dining facilities
and retail space. The hotel and spa will close April
19 and be demolished in June. Construction of the
new project, called One Willow Bridge Road, will begin
in August.
