Daedalus Real Estate Advisors
LLC purchased a property in the center of
Vail (Colo.) Village and plans to develop One Willow
Bridge Road, which will offer 23 units for ownership
at the Swiss Hotel & Spa, which will discontinue hotel,
restaurant and spa operations on April 19.
